How To - Login To The TM Servicesdesk Portal For The First Time
PART 1 – INSTALL GOOGLE AUTHENTICATOR

Steps 1
Open your play store or apps store on the phone, and download & Install “Google Authenticator” app.

Steps 2
Open the app, and link the apps with your Gmail account.
~Done the steps to install the app, continue to PART 2 to how setting the QR Code.
PART 2 – HOW SETTING THE QR CODE

Steps 1
Open the new iHelp portal (TM One Servicesdesk) at https://ihelp.tm.com.my

Steps 2
Login the portal, using the “Login” button on the top-right side of the portal.

Steps 3
Put your pos email address and password, and click the “Sign In” button to continue
~ For Arrahnu user, please click the “email@posarrahnu.com.my” Button


Steps 4
Scan the QR code using “Google Authenticator” app
How to scan the QR code ?
Open “Google Authenticator” apps, click the plus symbol (+), on the bottom right side if the add, then pick the “Scan a QR Code” menu
~if you don’t have the app please refer to the steps on the part one
~ Reminder, don’t forget to print out or save a screen shot of the QR Code before you continue to the next steps, you may need to scan it again after this.

Step 5
Key in the 6 digit code on the app, and put your name or location on the “Devices Name” field
~Reminder, don’t remove the app or the code, because the portal will request it each time user login to use the portal
Then click “submit” to continue

You will be redirect to the main page of the portal.
