How To - Login To The New iHelp Portal

1. Visit the new URL at htps://ihelp.tm.com.my

2. Login ton your account using your POS Malaysia email address & password

- Login menu is on the top right side of the portal

3 fill up the form then "Sign In"

- Use POS Malaysia email address & password then click "Sign In"

4. Insert the code from "Google Authenticator" app inside your phone. then click "Sign In"

5. Wait until the portal redirect you to the portal main page
